  • Who can become a member?
    Anyone that resides in Umatilla, Morrow, and Gilliam counties as well as family members.
  • What type of accounts are available?
    We have savings accounts, as well as Traditional or ROTH IRAs.
  • How much does it cost to open an account?
    There is a one-time opening fee of $5 and then the minimum balance that must remain in the account to stay open is $25. We ask that you do at least one financial transaction annually.
  • Are there any other fees? Yes.

  • Do you do loans for home purchases?
    We are not currently doing home loans and when we do, we only do home refinances.
  • Are you able to wire funds to another financial institution?
    No. We are unable to originate a wire transfer; however, we are able to accept transfers from another financial institution.
  • Are savings accounts insured?
    Yes. Savings are insured through the NCUA up to $250,000. Click on the NCUA logo below for more information.
  • How do I get a loan application?
    You can either stop by, give us a call, email us, or apply online!
  • Do you accept debit or credit cards?
    No. We are strictly cash or check transactions.
  • Do you allow ACH/Account debiting?
    No. Our savings accounts are non-transactional accounts, meaning no one can “back door” their way into your account.
